Item Gal specials
In the original these were the cash-shop-adjacent items. The Steam restoration removed the in-app store; the RPG Mechanic Guide on Steam reports the same items are bought with achievement points, which you re-earn on every new character. A Steam discussion thread reports the shop not opening for at least one player, so expect a patch here.

Food (hunger)
Hunger drains in real time and, when empty, shrinks your maximum SP. Every food restores a fixed amount; cost per point is almost flat, so buy whatever fits your weight limit. A Heaven’s Peach (Item Gal) pauses hunger for 72 in-game hours, and sleeping at an inn refills it.

Gear you find
- Monsters drop weapons and armor at or below their own level; rare drops are the main source of Magic and Rare tier gear.
- Shop weapons are always worth upgrading; shop armor only if you are behind on defense; accessories rarely justify their price.
- Unidentified (?) items need an Examine Scroll: see the Dark Merchant page for where the Steam version sells them.
- Durability drops with use; repair at the blacksmith (the Steam version added repair-all) or with a Repair Hammer in the field.
